1. What This Site Offers

At this stage, the Site provides: educational blog content, free resources (checklists, guides), a five-capitals self-assessment, and a waitlist you can join to be notified about the upcoming Kuberiss app and future paid offerings. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create any obligation for us to deliver a product by any particular date, or at all.

Kuberiss Plus (our planned paid subscription) and the Kuberiss mobile app are not yet available. When launched, they will be governed by separate terms (a Terms of Sale for subscriptions, and a separate End User License Agreement for the app).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Not Professional Advice

Kuberiss content — including articles, checklists, guides, and the five-capitals assessment — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on content on the Site, including any financial, health, or personal decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, the Kuberiss name and brand, and the underlying "five capitals" framework as expressed on the Site, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use content on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site by automated means without our permission; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may reference or link to third-party content, including books, authors, or external websites mentioned in our educational content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and referencing it does not imply endorsement beyond what is stated.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
