Kuberiss ("Kuberiss," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Sergio Akimow, trading as SERGIO AKIMOW CONSULTING (NIP 9512583127, REGON 527040773), al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, Poland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, collected through kuberiss.com (the "Site").

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to kuberiss.com and covers our current waitlist landing page, blog, and free resources. It does not yet cover the Kuberiss mobile app or paid subscription products, which are not available yet — those will be covered by an updated policy before launch.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

• Your email address, when you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through privacy-conscious analytics tools.

We do not currently ask for or collect financial, health, or other sensitive personal data through this Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you updates about Kuberiss, including news about our upcoming app launch;
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — for sending you waitlist/marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
• Legitimate interests — for basic, aggregated analytics to understand and improve the Site, where this does not override your rights and interests.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics purposes. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent via a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies.

Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Site, such as our email/waitlist service provider and our analytics provider, under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our waitlist or mailing list, and delete it within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe or request deletion. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer in a form that does not identify you individually.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with Poland's supervisory authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), www.uodo.gov.pl.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal data we collect, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell or share your personal data as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated via email to our waitlist subscribers where appropriate.
